I was just a walk in and so it took a hot minute to hit the chair but once I sat for the cut it was a great experience..Alyssa is very professional respectful and sweet. Will definitely be going back

If I could give a half a star I would their customer service absolutely sucks. I called 45 minutes before they were closing and said I’m 12 minutes away, could I set an appointment for 6:45? The lady I spoke with said I couldn’t because their check-in‘s were booked with the two people checked in but if I came in the door I’d be ok but my haircut wouldn’t be until they’re closing at seven. I replied and said I’m OK with that I really just need a quick haircut tonight. I showed up at 6:40 and the other lady spoke up and said sorry we can’t cut your hair tonight because we close at 7:00. I explained I just talked to somebody and said I’ll be here in 12 minutes and they said that’s fine. Now I’m being told it doesn’t matter we close at 7 and we’re not staying over. I’m sorry but literally they were almost done with the two haircuts in the chair and mine would’ve taken 10 minutes and still been out before 7:00. This girl not even gonna call her a lady was just completely lazy with no customer service and had an attitude with the way she said it.
